Design That Invites You In

Standard Pacific Homes commissioned MLB Creative to develop branding, signage and guidelines for five distinctive communities. Each design uniquely conveys the vision of the community, the quality of the homes, and is in-sync with the location, target audience and interior and exterior environment. Entrance monument signage is designed to set expectations for potential buyers and elicit a sense of pride and “home” for residents. Working with a team of architectural consultants, we incorporate unique substrates, dimensional design, lighting and movement to create entrances that are hard to ignore.
