When Standard Pacific Homes took ownership of Palisades, a 1,500-acre master planned community on Lake Wylie in Charlotte, NC., they wanted to energize the development with refreshed branding. We started with a brand audit of past marketing executions and a realtor focus group evaluation of the existing branding. Based on findings, the new strategic positioning became “Nature is Our Ultimate Amenity”. We went to work on branding guidelines, oversaw and produced campaign photography, collateral, advertising and redesigned the website.
