To introduce their new community, The Reserve, to the residents of Alaqua in well-established Longwood, Florida, Standard Pacific Homes (SPH) needed to make an impression. Each of the 200 residents received a hand-delivered, 3-foot topiary mirroring the European home styles of the new neighborhood. An event website was developed to provide information and accept RSVPs.
Impossible to ignore, 60% of residents attended, cementing a positive relationship with our client. On the heels of the introduction, a comprehensive community website featured information specific to its geographic locations in Central Florida and branded design elements that emphasized the unique characteristics of the luxury community. The custom responsive website was design for a consistent cross-platform experience. It utilized Google Maps integration with custom overlays, and Google Analytics tracking. Lifestyle photography connects prospects with the unique selling points of each community. A contact form allows potential real estate buyers to opt-in to a mailing list for future communication.
