MLB Creative was hired by Mugar Enterprises to create new branding for the Marketplace Suites located in the heart of Cruz Bay, St. John. The Marketplace Suites, built above an actual Marketplace, is a suite style hotel that caters to business travelers and vacationers. As such, the brand needed to appeal to a large target audience.

The interior design of the rooms boast a sleek and contemporary interior design, inspiring us to craft a logo that mirrors this clean aesthetic. With a focus on versatility, the icon was designed to be adaptable for various applications.
RESPONSIVE WEBSITE
The website was built using WordPress and seamlessly connected with their reservations API. In addition to showcasing Marketplace Suites, it also played a role in promoting nearby businesses and providing visitors with a comprehensive understanding of the area, enabling them to plan their visit ahead of time.
SIGNAGE
Because Marketplace Suites were situated within a bustling market, we faced the challenge of designing effective signage. Our task was to seamlessly blend in with the existing businesses while also enhancing a space originally intended for purposes other than hospitality. To address this, we adorned the stairway leading to the Suites with a beautiful mural wall, featuring tropical themes, created eye-catching banners, and straightforward signage to welcome guests.
