BRANDING

The rebrand recognizes the challenges of energizing a changing workforce. At-home, at-work, and hybrid workers are represented by the three honeycombs that make up the new logo. Today’s workplace is no longer stationary, and like bees, workers move around. It takes good communication, cooperation, training, and preparation for a work environment to be successful.

The slogan “Create True Believers” was crafted from one of their fundamental business principles. Talent Keepers specializes in engagement solutions for leaders. Giving them the tools that they need to cultivate employees who believe in a company’s culture and values, and who want to stay to help the business grow.

This hexagon forward design celebrates what it means to be a True Believer. Custom bee icons were created to convey the Talent Keepers products and services. What once was a text heavy site, it was re-designed by MLB to focus on top level information presented in an easier to read and understand format.

ICON SYSTem

Icons were created to represent and communicate key attributes of engaged employees.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND ONLINE ADS

A diverse and expandable system was created for social channels and advertising to communicate and promote the brand.

Everything was rebranded from presentations to case studies and even promotional items like t-shirts, yeti mugs, cards and an e-blast to launch the new branding.
